Learn spins, floorwork and technique on the fitness pole that strengthen and tone the core, upper body and legs. Then we combine these elements  into a fun, user-friendly routine that is appropriate for beginners and first-timers. Plan to wear workout clothes or yoga pants/shorts and bare feet in this class. Come give it a whirl!

Your instructor tailors your workout and routine as you progress. Expect to appreciate and enjoy your body-as is, and be amazed with what your body is capable of! This workshop is appropriate for all ages, body types, fitness levels, and sizes.

Skills build each week, but the class is on a drop-in basis, so you may attend when it works best for you. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish in four lessons! ...Yes, of course we give you ways to practice at pole required ;)
